If I know the type, guys like these won't accept $3500 for it. They most likely have a $900 leeway and won't want less than $7K.

The Ford dealership I worked at went exclusively with NADA and their ratings for pre-owned. But these 3rd party guys....how many unknowing people have they snagged? Most likely lots.

This part of the description would have me worried

This MkVII is in very good condition. When not in use it has been kept covered and garaged since I bought it in February of 1999, and has not spent even one night outside. It has been driven one day in the rain (got caught by thunderstorm) in 1992.

I think he's saying the only time it was driven in the rain was that one time. Only being driven once TOTAL would be cause for alarm.

It was a rare prototype that he snuck out of the Lincoln R&D facilities.... That car is worth millions... hahaha I'm guessing he meant to type 2002

I guess he had a flux capacitor to go back in time and turned his mark viii into a mark vii

Someone ran a carfax for me. It was a 1 owner car up untill December 2011. Only car fax issue was that an accident is listed in 2008.

that poor person. Wait untill they see what they really get. The headlight is garbage. COME ON....overspray on the inerior!

Overspray all over the underside. They basically painted all arround the lower portion of the body. Paint does not match 100%. Painted the rear bumper with the trunk closed.

front fenders and bumper are poorly hung. uneven gaps all arround. CArfax and Autocheck list 3 accidents. How is that a "clean carfax".
