Mike, I've been at your house and evidently your definition of a "hill" is different than mine. LOL :wave:The hill I live on has turned to ice. Nobody driving up or down the hill

Unless it is a monster truck that can crush and go over all the abandoned cars on the road it won't help much.I talked to my little sister about an hour ago. She's fairly well supplied, with the exception of milk. "the kids may be drinking heavy whipping cream for lunch.. but otherwise, we're good."
Of course she and her husband moved down there with their "Minnesota" vehicles - a 3/4 ton, 4x4 Suburban, and a Dodge Durango, also 4x4. I don't think she's got much to worry about..
yup, once you get to 32 degSunny & 20* right now. Hope to see some melting soon!
Her four year old is pretty sure that it is exactly this...Unless it is a monster truck that can crush and go over all the abandoned cars on the road it won't help much.
The roads up her way aren't terrible. They were rough last night, though! Unfortunately there isn't much open her way.I talked to my little sister about an hour ago. What I never stay homeYup Mike, it only takes an inch or two in very cold weather to be very slick. Do what we do in the north and stay home
Did that a few times yesterday and today. Even with my aired down 33x12.5'sWhat I never stay home
You just becomes the norm.
Like when my road turns to ice I need to judge trajectory so I slide into my driveway and not the ditch.
