If I can stop buying cars, I just may put it back on the road. It actually runs, it's just butt ugly in it's current state. It's 'supposed' to look like this,I've always been fascinated by the diesel Mark VII, and a limited edition to boot! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more on that one.
Wow. I'm VERY late reading this else I would have organized a cruise around your visit. From Primos, PA to York, PA is only an 85 mile cruise.I'm headed to York, PA via Chicago Tuesday afternoon. Tell me where the keys are, and I'll hook you up.
Next time, my friend. I was visiting York (and surrounding area) for the purposes of visiting the (model) Train Collector Association's York train meet. So that cruise would have consisted of you, and then my buddy and I in his minivan, with his two screaming kids in the back seat. (Who, to their credit, probably would have been yelling things like "go faster!" and "pass them!")Wow. I'm VERY late reading this else I would have organized a cruise around your visit. Jerry's Vert is now sitting in my driveway waiting for a renovation. I am driving it every day now and I brought it to our last Lunch in Central Mass. Ask Joe, he saw it.That was my Uncle Jerry (2ManyMarks).
