Parting out a very rusty car

Bill Don't get confused.. It was a 97 Trans..... Someone put a rebuilt in it which was trashed.

I'm not going to bother with the rear subframe, the bolts would probably just break off anyway. :eek-large:

The hoist was set to 1/2 ton.

It's amazing how fast these cars rust out. I'd at least pull the rear spindles. People looking to convert to 4.5x5 are wanting to snatch those up.

Good news is you should at least be able to get a few weeks worth of beer money in the scrap metal.
