Haha, nah just the normal policy.Do you have a fleet policy?
Aww... such a babyOn the way home
You look like you're planning a coast-to-coast run.Got a 3rd Radar detector. It's the Uniden R3 (middle one). Has the most range/sensitivity of all the detectors out on the market.
Does it give you the direction of the radar?Aww... such a baby

That's the only thing it doesn't do. Most detectors out on the market don't have direction of the radar. Only the Max 360 and Valentine one have direction of the radar. But there is a lot to consider in radar nowadays because of new cars that have Blind Spot monitoring (BSM). They use the same radar freq as the police do. Some of these radar detectors do a better job at filtering BSM from these newer cars than the other. Like V1 is much better than Max 360 but you don't get GPS lockouts on a V1. You can pair your phone to the V1 to get GPS lockouts though.Does it give you the direction of the radar?
Yeah, the mounting location is what sucks with the Mark VIII. Now adding a Cobra bumper would make it much better thoughThanks. These are interesting thoughts, on a technology I've never done much research on.
What makes the Mark "terrible" for Jammers? Mounting locations?
You would be surprised. This was in Chicago, jammers came in handy and saved me from a ticket there. We dont need those things in illinois, were too poor to afford police
Don't think you are downgrading from M360. V1 has better range and BSM filtering than M360. The only good thing about M360 is GPS lockouts which can be had on V1 by tethering your phone to V1.Nice
Wish we could have jammers
I run a passport x50 I bought when they came out.
I would like a 360 but it's expensive so I'll probably get a Valentine next.
