When I start the Mark up... it idles and runs fine. Then sometime after the fast idle shuts off it starts loading up. If I take it out and punch it... it will clean out and runs like a scalded dog. Then next time it idles, it starts loading up again. Have changed the plugs, looked for vaccum...
