and this is me tonight, 168.2 lbs. i have been working out every day after work, jogging 2 miles every night and only taking in about 1400 calories a day, no more soda and as little sugar as i can. eating much smarter too. also the weight lifting is really starting to show deffinition. its easy for me to get deffinition back in my high school years and early 20's i lifted alot and had quite a bit of muscle, the hardest thing for me is losing the gut i have, but so far i think i am doing pretty damn good at that, see for yourself!
Congrats dude. You can't really gauge your success by weight, like Bud eluded to, you have to look at muscle mass vs. body fat. They "say" muscle weighs twice as much as fat.
When I went in the academy, I started at 165. I dropped to 154 in the first month. By the time I graduated, I was 185. I really wasn't "fat" but I had that spare tire gut thingy. That was HARD to lose (damn Pepsi) but it'll go away. Pinch an inch Jamie and keep on trucking!
I've been still hitting the Total Gym and it shows, it's amazing what little effort it takes to get off the weight. You're hard core for doing all that....I still eat pizza and crap but work out regularly.
