Aftermarket mods for LS

Hello guys, I'm a new user here and a new Lincoln LS owner. I picked up my car last night and am quite happy. It's a 2000 Lincoln LS. I have a quick question for yall, are there any aftermarket chips that I can add that would increase responsiveness? I know they sell some for the the Mark VIII and was wondering if there is something similar for the LSs. Thank you.
