Buzzing trans in neutral?

Hello,
I noticed a buzzing/rattling sound from my transmission this evening, but only at idle and in neutral. Can't hear it above idle, and it makes zero noise in P, R or D. Car just turned 87k, transmission shifts normally, and already has the Ford auxillary trans cooler. Trans is due for fluid change at 90k, but the fluid still looks clean and doesn't smell burnt. Any ideas? Thanx,

I also notice a noise from my tranny at idle, but its only when its in gear! Its not exactly a "buzzing" though, its more of a high pitched noise. I always assumed it to be normal though.

I believe this is caused by something vibrating in the valve body. I've seen this discussed a number of times, and if this is what it is, it's not considered a problem. If I can track down more info, I'll let you know.
