Can I use the gen 2 IMRC's and controller on the cobra intake manifold? I know the IMRC's can be used for sure but does the gen 2 controller work fine with the cobra intake?

The stock controller is mounted on the back of the driver's head. You don't touch it on a 2nd gen, just bolt up the intake to the heads thru IMRCs, and carry on.
