Cruise control and heating system

I have a '95 LSC with 98 kmiles

Since some time, cruise control is out and heating or air con is coming only from windshield (defog)

One week ago I exchanged spark plugs, so I needed to remove air intake and plastic parts,so I checked if any vacuum hose was disconnected or cracked, found nothing and reassembled everythings.

When I drove it again I was surprised by feeling cold air coming from normal ventilation holes, i tried others positions and they work and so tried cruise control, and it worked.

And now everything is dead as at the beginning, only defog and no cruise.

I suppose there is a problem on vacuum system, in the two small electrovalves on driver side, just under the damper volume of air intake.

But impossible to find these valves on rockauto or other part seller.

What is your idea? could these valve faulty?

Thanks

I WAS selling the vacuum "T" that commonly fails. Check it by spraying some brake cleaner or ether in the general area by those valve and also by the driver side of the air intake/EGR valve. Definitely a vacuum issue.

Vacuum leaks can often be very difficult to find. I had to purchase a vacuum pump and isolate each section to find the ones I had once.

The common parts to break and leak are the tee at the throttle body and the outlet in the middle of the intake manifold.
