Ford's commitment to safety and sustainability has allowed Susan Cischke to move on up in the corporate world, with her new title of senior V.P. of Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering.
The promotion will allow Cischke to report directly to Ford CEO Alan Mulally on developments to wean the automaker off dino-juice, while at the same time improving safety standards -- something she's done in a lower capacity over the past six years at FoMoCo.
