it should, as long as it's not from a returnless system.

why do you want to use a mustang fuel pump? you can get a walbro fuel pump pretty cheap.

Well, I have some help here tonight and I need to drop the gas tank to change the driveshaft anyway. The local parts store didn't have a pump for the Mark, however they did for the Mustang. It is actually a Holley made by Walbro.

Ok, so I got the whole thing apart, and the mustang pump will probably work if I make some modifications. I think I'd rather have a bolt on, so I looked for the Walbro (as sleeper suggested). I can't really find one for the Mark, where are you guys getting them from?

You have to buy the one for the Mustang. I used a Walbro 255. I got it from Jegs. I had to modify the bracket that holds the pump, as the "U" part of the bracket (at the bottom) was a hair too small. I used tin snips.
