well like it said the car bogs around turns, mostly left turns i have no idea y but it will bog until u take ur foot off the gas and hit it again and its fine til u turn again, the problem is worst with less gas? My guess would be its cuttin out on fuel around turns? any ideas?

Yup.
When our stock Lincoln Mark VII's are low on fuel, they will begin to stall, first on left turns and then on right turns and then while going down hill. Our 22 gallon fuel tanks require two gallons to start and five or more to properly run. Any work to the fuel pump negates this proceedure as aftermarket Ford fuel socks are too short for our Mark VII tanks. When used, the tank will never go empty and you will never be able to add more than say 15 - 18 gallons of fuel to the tank.
The other normal list of suspects are
loose/corroded connections in the charging system
loose/clogged fuel filter
gremlins
