Leaking Antifreeze

I just bought my 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII yesterday and on the ride home it gave me a low coolant message. I filled it all the way up last night. I drove it to work at 6am, worked a few hours and drove it around town for a little bit. Came home and let it sit for an hour before I checked the antifreeze again and noticed it went down about 2 inches. After checking underneath the car, I noticed there is a little puddle. I crawled under the car and could see antifreeze dripping off of the plastic but couldn't locate the direct source. I was told to take the engine cover off and put some antifreeze in that way but wasn't able to get the plug off. Seems to be that it is leaking onto the pulley. My brother thinks it could possibly be the water pump. I don't know much about cars..any idea of what the problem is? I took some pictures also. View attachment 9579
