Mark V C/E spotted.

I came across a Mark V C/E today and saw it was for sale so I stopped and took a closer look. Triple blue, sunroof, quad 8-track. I'd describe it's overall condition as decent. It had a few bumps and scrapes and it was starting to show its age, but it would make a nice driver. I left a message to find out the price and details.

The Navy blue makes the V look like a long, elegant and classy car. Too bad it was only available with the 400cid for 79.

Nice. Someday I will have a Mark V :) Need more parking space, though.

I saw a V at the car show on Sunday. It made my car look like a compact. It was a beauty though.

I have seen the blue version of the Collector's Series in my neighborhood. It is a nice car.

Alexander, thanks for the link. I've now been able to confirm by the paint code that I have the Light Red Moondust Metallic paint, a $201 option in '79. It's a very nice colour, but still looks pink to me sometimes.

I love those cars but I hate that dash. if only there was a way icould drive and look at my car from 20' away at the same time <sigh> that would be better than food and sex and tv.
