I was hoping it was,It would make it easier to put my extra motor and Vortech in a LS I have been looking at with a blown motor.

3.9 is definately a mod motor but the blocks don't interchange.

It is interchangeable with jaguars 4.0 engine from the XK8/XKR. The Jag came in a factory supercharged flavor, and when I was doing my research they had one in a junkyard in FL for $7500. Factory 390hp rating, just like the cobra.
