what is this IAC you speak of and and where can I find it on my second gen?

Right on top of the intake, 2nd Gen only. In my own opinion it could be a dirty fuel filter or the IACV ( Idle Air Control Valve ) Replace it for about $70.00 from Ford or online for about 40% less. IACV is NOT on top on the 1st Gen. It is a pain for the 1993-1996 Marks.
You can clean it.. but DO NOT USE CARBURETOR CLEANER EVER!!!!!!
I cleaned mine the day it stalled, and everything was fine after that.
But I still bought a new one a month later just to be safe.
