Returnless fuel system: Pros and Cons?

I've asked the car guys I know and keep getting inconsistent answers. So I now consult the experts, you guys. What are the advantages and disadvantages of a returnless fuel system?

you can not convert so it does not matter. well i guess you could but you would have to be really really crazy. all the marks have a return setup so no need to change.

Return system makes it easy as cake to add power adders as you can pinch off the return and jack the fuel psi up. The only pro to a returnless system that i can think of is cooler fuel temps, due to the fact that the fuel is not recirculated throught the fuel pump time and time again.

You could not get me to put a returnless system on my car if you paid me to do it.
