Summer Blast 10, Aug 19-21

I'm finally moving a bit more, stitches out Tuesday I hope, lots of pain. Unfortunately, the narcotics I was given made my breathing so bad I had to go to ER and stop taking narcotics for the pain (and I had some good stuff to try, too). Knowing my distaste for backwater hospitals (OK, I didn't even like the ER I went to here, I'm not trusting someplace where I was scared they were going to amputate mark's finger), I'm nervous about going.... but I would like to go, I think we need to see, especially since pain control is hard and it's been nearly 2 weeks nad I'm still not even cleared to drive and know I can't even bring my arm up far enough to 10 oclock, not to mention turns.

I think it is more painful for to be a passenger in a car that Mike drives :D
 
Registration extended until the 13th...

I asked about rooms today and was told...

As of today, there is one (King Size bed) room left. I had them hold it till Sunday. If anyone else needs it they better be jumping. Otherwise, they are full up so Melonie told me today.

This was the first time since I've been coming to this event that no Lincolns raced. :(

This was also the first time I had a happy birthday lap dance... LOL. :D

I'll try to get some pics up later and I'm sure Joe has plenty more. :)
