I'm not sure video taping is a great idea by the way.
I didn't mean on a stop...I just meant as he was tailgating. You could easily hold your phone over your shoulder with tinted windows and video tape the cops distance without him knowing.
I've never been video taped as far as I know....but this guy has.

Barry is too busy texting to know who's behind him anyways. He probably didn't tell you I pulled him over....he was driving VERY nervously! That's his car below.
Most people I think get nervous when there's a cruiser behind them because the police have a stigma attached to them where people a lot of times feel that cops will stop them for no reason.
I think you're right about that...its stereotyping. One of my neighbors wouldn't talk to me and I've lived here since October. It wasn't till a week ago that they came over and introduced themselves by offering me to use their log splitter....AND giving me two cords of split firewood. Turns out they weren't sure what type of person I was because I'm a cop....pretty lame.
