Assume new C-style heads and forged bottom end along with new front cover, alt relocation, misc pulleys, etc. Then it will fit.

Don't forget you will need an intake maifold. and brakets to locate the alternator,cross over tubes,etc.

Cut to length, pound to fit, paint to match...
