    Parts Car Value?

    If the car has a rust hole in the oil pan,the entire engine is JUNK.That shows the car has sat for a LONG time out in the weather and that will destroy every part of the car.Condensation will eventually ruin seats,carpet,electronics,and even the headliner.It might have even been under water.Call...

    WOW !!! ( Check engine and OD off lights.)

    Last night my Mark's engine would surge and lose power(It never shut down) the transmission would shift into 2nd or 3rd and the check engine and od off lights would flicker. When it recovered ,after about 15 secs of this foolishness,the engine responded normally.There were no electrical hiccups...

    Advance Auto (Carter) fuel pumps.

    I had to buy a Carter fuel pump from Advance and I was wondering about reliability problems? The shop doing the work warned me against these parts but I am not going to pay $600 bucks for a new pump.Does anyone have experience with these pumps? Thanks .

    Chop top

    Has anyone chopped the top on a MK VIII. About a 2 inch drop would look ,well,sinister,don't you think? It would have to be a dark color though.

    Air Suspension Replacement

    I am thinking about changing the air suspension to coil-over struts.There is a company that makes these parts ,but I have not heard anything about them (Strutmasters).Does anyone have any info on this conversion? Thanks in advance. Chopper.
