Every year I try to attend the All-Ford event at the Mason Dixon Dragway in August with a bunch of MN12 gearheads know as the Mid-Atlantic MN12. Over the years it has become a big event and is promised to be even bigger this year!
I'm calling out any quasi-local Lincolns to attend and join the fun! Here is a cut and paste of the details...

This will be the Itinerary for this years Event. This is a bit different with a little bit of scheduling change on Saturday due to an extended opportunity for track time.
Saturday August 21 - ***NVMC/MAMN12 Track Rental 8AM - 12 Noon!!
(Run what you brung and hope to hell you brung enough)(Grudge Racing & TNT)!!
Police Escort from Hotel lot to Pinic/Show area 1:30 PM
Line-up on showfield and picnic starting at 2:00 PM
Car Show Judging from 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Awards presentations from 4:00 - TBD
Evening cruise upon completion of Awards ceremony
Sunday August 22 - 8 AM Meet in Hotel Parking lot to cruise to Mason Dixon for the ALL FORD Nationals Car Show/Drag Race competition. Upon completion return home.
*** The NVMC/MAMN12 Track Rental will start running promptly at 8AM. The reason I chose to do it this way is so we have 2 opportunities to make runs on the weekend. The last couple years it seems we've been rained out. The NVMC event just happens to be the Saturday of our picnic this year so it all works out. So everyone knows, this is a 4hour racing block. We will have numerous opportunites to line up against each other at this event for bragging rights. Choose who you want to run and get her done!!!! The cost for this event is pre-pay $52 for Car Driver and 1 passenger/Pit crew. It is NOT MANDATORY to participate or attend this if you do not want to. If you have something else you'd rather do on Saturday morning, that's fine. But I will need to know who plans to go and get the prepays in by August 10th. Here is the link to pre-pay for the event. Please include MAMN12 car club, car type, year, & name in the paypal so we can keep this straight.

Sunday's All Ford Event will work the same way it has in the past, with those that want to show going to the show field when we get there and the rest heading to the pits for Drag Racing segment. Prices should be similiar to those last year.

Hotel Reservations:
Well once again folks we have a group of rooms setup at the Comfort Inn Martinsburg. We've stayed at this hotel the prior 3 years so I believe most are familiar with the surroundings.
Room rate again this year is $75 per night - In order to receive this discounted rate you must mention you're a part of the Thunderbird Club. Also the same as last year, there's no set block - any room selection with a King or Two Double Beds (smoking/non) will receive this discounted rate. This has worked out the best for us so we're sticking with the same format. For those that may be coming alone and want to share a room get hold of me by email and I'll see if Tim can come up with a list so rooms can be shared to help save some expenses.

Saturday Picnic/Car Show/Awards Ceremony Registration
I will need to have a total count of all cars (Type), drivers and picnic attendees by NLT August 13th. We will take reservations after that point on a case by case basis. Please register and make payment early. That helps us all out to insure we can get this set up appropriately for car count/classes and trophies.
Right now we are planning on the following cost set up. $20.00 per car and driver for the picnic/car show, $13.00 for spouse, and $7.00 for Children 7-12, under 7 are free.
