Turboing your Mark

well as it happens i have been to a bunch of standing mile races latly. each time i was there with my buddy with his twin turbo GT. both times the fastest car was a Built GT with plenty of power. the last race the car i was there hanging out to see went 266 miles hour in the standing mile with 20000 hp. it was very cool to sit and hang out with the crew while they work on the car. at the previous race another GT with less power went 254.
any how i am working on the some prototype parts for GT right now, for those who like mile racing.

ps i never know what i am doing with my car. i may put twins on there, a tvs would be cool but big blowers cost more money then putting twins on my car. i think my current idea is to buy another stock 98 and put twins on it and sell a hot side kit for them. then when i am done put my 03 cobra motor in and turn the boost up.

I would love it if you made a hot side kit mk8. how did you do it on your buddies mark? I asked him on you tube but all he said was lots of tube bending. did you guys turn the manifolds around. if so you must have used cobra units right? or did you come around the subframe? sorry for all the questions but I'm very interested in turboing my 93 and there is nobody else doing this. thanks in advance.
