Cobra intake was worth 5 mph for me, but not much time. My '97 ran a 15 flat, at 100 mph, with an intake and exhaust, and a cone air filter and a tune. Over the winter I swapped to a PI converter, long tube headers, and 4.10's, had the tune redone, and it went 13.9's at 100 mph. I could never do better than that. It was all dependant on my 60' time - a 1.9 got me a 13.9, a 2.0 got me a 14.0, and a 2.1 got me a 14.1 - every time.

The last winter I had it, I had the exhaust totally redone with all mandrel bent tubing. Never got to run it after that, had to sell it after I got my Navigator.

All Marks are turds, especially the stock g2s . They need a blower to get seriously going :p

Getting back to it, since I have to drive this car a bit before I send it out to Mike, I polished up the headlights, and rebuilt the whole HID wiring harness. The mess somebody created ... I still cannot understand some of it  triple connections, female plug ends of the bulb side, ZERO solder or shrink wrap. Chaos.

I don't know where to start ... but if this kind of work passes for quality in NY, I gotta move and become a millionaire

Mike wanted me to install a new Kenwood DD headunit. I pull the stock radio out, wanted to trace some wires, and pulled the kick panels out. This is a very special remote install. Mike, in case this car ever has problems starting you know where to go.

Yes, that's a key taped to the harness.

I cleaned up the whole thing the best I could with soldered connections, but it should be all ripped out and re-done.

Jeremi, I think I'll have to visit my cousin in Clarkston and swing by your place to have you assist with a radio install :D

Beautiful work as always!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. aftermarket remote starts scare the you-know-what out of me. Every one I've ever seen looks like that.

I'd like to know more about that radio though. I'm still kicking around the idea of getting one myself, and I've mostly going between that, or a Jensen. Nice clean install, Jeremi. And thanks for using bolts.

I basically bought what appeared to be the same one in the car Jesse bought, well got it as a Christmas present ;) then knew since Jeremi would have the car that if he'd agree to install it that it would look as great so that's what I did. I think its on eBay for around $350-$400 I don't know what it cost exactly but I know the ones I spec'd out were there. Jeremi could tell you the model since I shipped the whole box to him brand new. Then go from there. I can't wait to get this thing back
