No kits used. The trim ring is the modified Kenwood trim piece you being too big in one of the pictures.

There is no need for any special kits. Waste of money, plus they look like crap IMO.
Thanks again. I did the same thing you did on my headunit; nice and solid!
Only picture I took is a very crappy phone pic but I did put one on each side.

Loved Carlisle 2011
Looking good Mike! Wish I could see it at Carlisle, but not gonna make it this year. I love the head unit.

Cool exhaust set-up on the budget.

Keeping in mind Mike's thinning wallet, I modified the stock LSC exhuast to give a little more flow, and some sound to this car
At any point Mike decides to spend money on larger piping, the parts are here, already fitted ;)
Two 45 deg mandrel elbows, and x-pipe installed in place of the 3rd cat/resonator.

Mufflers and adapters all welded and installed. Stock hangers reused from the old boat anchors.
I tucked the tips closer and out in relation to the cutouts, following the shape of the bumper cover.
The idea was to hide the mufflers as much as possible, while retain the somewhat stock appearance from the rear.

Where the hell is that replacement emission tray Mike ? :D

Awesome work Jeremi!

Mike, can't wait to see/hear the "finished" product at Carlisle. Hope you're having Jeremi swap out that EVAP tray :D

Kicking this car's azz one problem at a time ... :D

Emission tray finally replaced. Much better

Then I did some digging around to find out what's causing somewhat of a weak upper RPM pull at WOT only, not at partial even 3/4 throttle.
I yanked on the passenger's side wheel well ground strap, and it fell apart in my hands (Thanks to Doug's post in the WTB section ;))
Of course, the motor mount stud came out in one piece with the nut still attached.
Some heat, clean up, new wire with soldered loops, back together in no time.
I also found the MAF to be in sad shape, so replaced it with a clean used unit.

Mike will need tires sooner than later
