Blue Flame, All Out

Much better photos! That color looks very good now, sooo vivid (in best double rainbow guy voice). What's with the chrome trim above the grill? Looks like it got steel wool'd.

The best one was trashed, so the second best is now in it's place. It could use a bit of polishing. :)

The parts bin only goes so deep. ;)

john that car looks gorgeous. the color is awesome, still looks like it might be a factory color, but at the same time it pops way nicer than nortic blue. looks great hopefully everything is smooth sailing with the inspection and you can finally enjoy the car again. i still have the gas tank shield, moonroof piece and solenoid clips, i will ship them to you asap its been way too long and i am a d--k for not doing it sooner. since the car is nearly finished it would be nice to give you those parts now so you can get it done. looks great man glad to see it back home.
 
It's a VERY small parts bin but apparently I have A LOT of parts you need/want. Haha!! I just sold Jeremi a tank shield. Is that a common rust issue over there?

Pretty common issue in the rust belt. Hopefully Jamie will send me one and I can attend to the underside of the car this off-season. ;)
 
i absolutely will i saved all the hardware and drilled the factory spot welds out to seperate the 2 pieces from around the tank so you can strip it clean and when you go to put it back on all you have to do is use rivets to put it back together, i drilled it instead of making a mess and cutting it off, you'll see when you get it what i mean, thats how they installed them, they wrapped it around the tank then spot welded it together.
 
Easier to take off with the tank out. I had to use a pry bar to get the shield out.
 
I demand some Lincolns of Distinction graphics on some window somewhere... :p :p :p
