They ended up painting the entire car. It is still the original color, just seems brighter to me. I suspect that it is brighter than the 18 year old factory paint.

Besides a couple very minor imperfections and some water spots where they washed it prior to me picking it up, it looks very good.
They had the rear glass out to R&R the quarter panel and I ended up without tint on the rear glass for some reason.
While not immediately noticeable, the rear LSC bumper has exhaust cutouts that look a bit out of place with the turn-down tips on the mufflers. I suspect some shiny mufflers and different tips will fix that.
All things considered, I'm happy with the way it turned out. In a strange way, I miss the chrome trim now that it has the LSC bumpers and side moulding. For some strange reason they never filled in the holes in the front bumper for the license plate holder.
Next task is taking care of some details, cleaning the trunk area and under the hood. Apparently to be street legal again, I have to get it inspected, fill out some paperwork and have the DMV look at it before they will issue a R title and a new registration sticker.
