Good luck Leo. Hope its back to normal !!

My poor 97 has been dropping .It sits outside now. I use to raise the back with a jack, but found out if you turn the air suspension off for over a minute then turn it back on while the car is running the back will raise. Ive done this four or five times.

In my past experience on startup it use to be a valve seal,,, But on a new motor?? Also if it was an automatic there was some kind of valve that would suck trans fluid in...

I don't know about Bill but my heated seats gave out years ago.... But I do park in a heated garage at work and at home..:wink2-green

Well the blend door is done. It seems to work fine :big-grin: I have removed the tach speedo cluster. When I turn it upside down it does go past 2000, whatever that means. The man at the Lincoln dealer told me to clean some sort of contacts for the tachometer on the back side. He said it works...

Hi peoples Happy Holidays. I've got my 98's parked for the winter so I'm doing a few projects. Since I have my dashboard moved back to replace the BLEND door. :roll_over: Both ends are broken. When I break something I break it right HA ! Does anyone have an Idea why my tachometer stops at 2000...

Well it was my turn to replace the oil filter adapter housing after about a year of it getting worse. I did this on my 97 with 157,000 miles It was time when I could see it dripping while the car was running.:frown: You must drain the oil and antifreeze first and also remove the oil filter ...:D...

Good luck using those. I pulled a set off my Pearl 98 with 98,000 miles. I don't know how long they were on the car. Because they were rattling inside. I heard the shocks bind up after a while.:(

Bill Don't get confused.. It was a 97 Trans.....:confused: Someone put a rebuilt in it which was trashed.
