    FS: 1997 lsc

Sold. :( New owner is a younger guy that had a 96 in the past. Still a sad day. Just got to remind myself that I got a good replacement, 2007 Jaguar XK-R. :)

    FS: 1985 Monte Carlo SS

I know its not a Mark VIII, but its a pretty sweet Chevy! I have too many cars and this one deserves a better home than I can give it right now. Will be deploying again and I dont want it sitting outside for the next 7-12 months. I am open to offers and will deliver the car within a few hundred...

    Kenne Bell 2.1?

How many miles are on it? I'm still a couple months away from being home and probably be a month or 2 after that before I am ready to buy, but I appreciate the offer! I'll keep you in mind when the time comes. - - - Updated - - - That was the deciding factor for me. I only go to the track 2...

    Kenne Bell 2.1?

Thanks for the replies. I read through Laser's install thread and it doesnt seem too difficult. So I guess I will need the cobra fuel rails. I was told I needed them for the Cobra manifold to fit but it fit fine with the stock rails. Maybe I will maybe I wont. Should I keep the IMRC's or do a...

    Kenne Bell 2.1?

Hello everyone! Its been a while, but I have some questions. When I get home in a couple months I am going to supercharge my mark. I am leaning towards the KB 2.1 kit for the 96-98 cobra. I know its not intercooled, but I only plan to run 6-8#'s of boost. I'm leaning towards the KB for the low...

Welcome aboard! I love this car too. I never kept a car more than 2 years until I bought my Mark... 10 years ago! I say do the JMOD, I did mine 8 years ago, and the trans lasted 170K miles before it needed rebuilt.

    Mothers Powerball 4 Lights

Yep, just as easy to tape them off and leave them on there. I think maybe if I had waxed the lights once a month or so it would have held up better?

    Mothers Powerball 4 Lights

A few years ago I restored my headlights like many have done, but I finished it off with some high temp clear coat to see if it would last longer. 5 years later they looked terrible. The clear coat had yellowed pretty bad so I decided it was time to do it again, this time without the clear coat...

    New personal best

So if 2800 isnt enough what would you suggest? I've never driven a car with a high stall converter so I have no idea what the difference is or what would make it less "streetable". I have seen one on the track and it seems to lose less RPM between gears, but as far as daily street driving I...
